Michael Spooner qualified in 1991 as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with MacIntyre Hudson a top 10 firm of Chartered Accountants in London, member of Baker Tilly International. In 2001 he was admitted as a Fellow of the ICAEW.
Michael not only draws on 20 years in private practice but also the years employed by Cadence Design Systems Inc, a global provider of EDA and semiconductor IP. With his expertise in financial accounting, financial management and corporate tax, Michael:
